Problems:
FORTLEZA - Observed with a warm receiver. Truncated the humidity data to
100%.
MATERA - Did not participate.
NYALES20 - The cable cal degraded the solution and was not applied.
URUMQI - Had intermittent outages. The log file was not able to be read by
pwxcb, giving the error 'Cannot read time tags'.
YARRA12M - Had unphysical humidity data, which was replaced by converting
the dew point to humidity and truncating to 100%.
Parameterization comments: Baseline clock offsets were necessary on all URUMQI
baselines.
Other comments: This is the analysis of the final correlator release that
includes FORTLEZA.
